• Deposits are typically instant — funds are credited to your balance within 10 minutes at most.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; larger amounts may take longer once the verification process is completed.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: (deposit + bonus) x 20.
• Daily Cashback: 5% cashback on daily net losses. Withdrawable with no wagering requirement.
• Weekly Free Spins: Applicable to selected games. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 15x wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus. The bonus is activated when the referred friend makes their first deposit.

Additional important bonus terms:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously by the same person, household, or device.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5 Gaming Rules & Responsibilities

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btg33. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in hacking.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Btg33 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the registration information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If required documents are not submitted within the designated KYC verification period.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded subject to verification.

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may apply to inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
